Founded ROI Consulting with husband Bob Richter, developing the groundbreaking IN-SYNCH technology for Sage 100 integration. Under her leadership as CFO, ROI has completed over 1,000 integration projects, becoming a Sage Gold Level Tech Partner and recognized industry leader.
National Sales Manager, State of the Art (now Sage Software)
Prior to 1997
Managed national sales operations for the developer of MAS 90 (now Sage 100), where she gained extensive expertise in accounting software implementation and client relationships that would later inform her approach at ROI Consulting.
Upper Management, Solomon Software (acquired by Microsoft)
Prior to 1997
Held management positions responsible for channel recruitment, direct channel management, annuity sales programs and promotions, and sales operations, building a strong foundation in software sales and marketing strategies.
